One of the greatest forms of entertainment that the media has to offer us is cinema. If you watch movies, then you already know what cinema is. In the book entitled “Hard Dog’s Night,” which is written by Rebecca Hendricks, the story centers on another form of media that also sets the tone for different cultures, just like cinema – music.

In the story’s time setting, people deem rock and roll as evil music, even blaming it for youth rebellion. As the story progresses, the question currently stands: Can The Hound Dogs be able to defy all the odds life has against them? Or will controversy ignite an already divided community, torn between tradition and rebellion?

The Need for Inclusivity in Diversity.

With all that said, the majority of people can indeed agree that media impacts society, creating either unity or division. Nevertheless, it is a necessity for each person in a community to do their part in promoting a more welcoming society, and what better way to do that than through the media platform that people love the most?

Movies, or motion pictures, are one of, if not the most appreciated and noticed form of media, especially now. Nowadays, people tend to be more visual than any other form of learning or absorbing. We can truly understand why, as it creates more impact with so many people being visual learners!
